Applicable situation: EMG patch are made of flexible polyimide substrate, and the contact parts are processed into grooves. When using, the conductive paste is injected into the grooves, and the whole is attached to the outer skin of the muscles. Finally, bandages or tapes are used to fix them. To achieve non-invasive long-term EMG acquisition, due to the high-density, multi-channel design of the electrode contacts, it has higher efficiency and higher signal accuracy than traditional EMG patch.
